Where do you ship from?

We have shipping capabilities from Spain and UK. Our customers will not be subjected to any customs or other duties within Europe and UK.

Where do you ship to?

At MA, we are constantly working on growing .shipping network. At the moment, we ship can ship within EU*, UK and Switzerland.

* In Spain, Canary Islands excluded

What are your estimated shipping times?

We make a big effort by sending our orders in the shortest time ( 24h/48H) working hours.

Our estimated shipping times are: from 24h to 72h for orders within the EU.
Spain: 24h working hours guaranteed.
UK: 48h working hours guaranteed.
Rest of EU and Switzerland: between 24h and 72h

Do I have to pay customs, taxes or other duties?

All orders from MA are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
This means that the cost of customs/tax is included in the price you see during checkout. You will not be charged any additional customs or tax after you've placed your order.

This does not apply yet in Switzerland, where customer will have to pay for custom taxes.

What will my purchase come shipped in?

Your purchase will be shipped in our signature MA box made out of cardboard. Our boxes are designed for international transport. To read more about our sustainable packaging here.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an e-mail with the track and trace information from DHL or FEDEX.


What is your return policy?

We think you’ll love using our products as much as we love making them. However, if you’re not 100% happy with your choice, let us know.
Ceramic diffusers can be exchanged or returned up to 15 days after purchase.
All essential oils Master Blends, Sets and Wood scenting tools, and accessories can be exchanged or returned up to 14 days after purchase if they are unused and returned sealed in its original packaging.

Can I get a refund?

Once your return or cancellation has been processed and arrived at our warehouse, we will refund your money within 3 business days.

Does your diffuser have a warranty?

Our Ceramic Diffusers have a 1 year warranty for all functional features.

Is there a diffuser manual?

Yes, each diffuser is shipped with a manual.

What are the diffusers made from?

97% is ceramic and of the highest quality. We are sorry to say there is some plastic in the internal reservoir but we can assure you it is all BPA-free.

Is every diffuser hand crafted?

Every ceramic cover is crafted by hand, lightweight, 5 mm in thickness, and painted with the most solid and durable colour. This makes every single diffuser an unique piece.

Are your diffusers ultrasonic?

Yes, our Ceramic Diffuser is ultrasonic. This means that it emits no heat and is run thru vibrations. Because of this the plastic, water and essential oils are not heated when diffusing, and the plastic has no interaction with the essential oils. What are the vibrations? Inside each diffuser is a small ceramic plate that creates a cool, odourless water mist when vibrating, just like the steam around a waterfall. This vibration breaks the added essential oils into microscopic particles and spreads the mist in the air, so you can refresh your home easily. The MĀ diffusers produce 2.5 million vibrations per second to create the mist.

Does the diffuser need to be plugged?

Yes. Our Ceramic Diffuser needs to be plugged into a power source to be used. Each diffuser comes with a 1.5 meter-long power cord. Due to its length, it is easy to hide the cord as well as move your diffuser around in your home.

Does the plug work in EU power outlets?

If your shipping address is in the UK, you will receive a UK power cord. If your shipping address is in the EU or Switzerland, you will receive an EU power cord.

Does the diffuser work as an air humidifier?

Our Ceramic Diffuser is an aroma diffuser utilizing ultrasonic technology and is designed to disperse scents from essential oils. The diffuser can cover an area of approximately 20 sqm. Since the diffuser is based on ultrasonic technology, it creates steam and therefore adds some moisture into the air. If you use our Ceramic Diffuser at your workplace or where you sleep, increased humidity will be one of the benefits but not at the level a traditional air humidifier would.

Does every diffuser have a white light?

Yes, every diffuser has a minimalistic white light. The light can be turned off/on as you wish with a button. You can also select the light intensity.

What is Aromatherapy?

Aromatherapy is a holistic healing treatment that uses natural plant extracts to promote health and well-being. Aromatherapy has been used for centuries. When inhaled, the scent molecules in essential oils travel from the olfactory nerves directly to the brain and especially impact the amygdala, the emotional center of the brain. At MĀ, we promote the discovery of essential oils thru diffusion as a natural way to scent your home while promoting your wellbeing holistically.

What are essential oils?

Essential oils are compounds extracted from plants. The oils capture the plant's scent and flavor, or “essence.” Unique aromatic compounds give each essential oil its characteristic essence. Essential oils are obtained through distillation (via steam and/or water) or mechanical methods, such as cold pressing.The way the oils are made is important, as essential oils obtained through chemical processes are not considered true essential oils.

How can I know if my essential oil is of good quality?

The most important thing to consider when shopping for essential oils is product quality. But figuring out which oils are the best is challenging, since there's no government agency that provides a grading system or certification for essential oils. Unfortunately, there are lots of products you might find online or in stores that aren't harvested correctly or may have something in them that isn't listed on the label.

How to store / take care of my essential oils?

Keep bottles close when you are not using them. Keep them away from direct sunlight or high temperatures as they could oxidate the oils.

Are MĀ essential oils 100% pure and organic?

Yes and Yes, all of them are 100% pure and organic.

We are committed to using only natural and organic products. All our products are 100% pure and organic.
Our formulas are pure, meaning we do not use bulking ingredients or anything else to dilute the purity of our essential oils. We use traditional blending methods in a contemporary way, and we mix and pour all our Master Blends by hand.

In our commitment to being fully transparent, we have chosen to publish the chemotype rating of our essential
oils. The chemotype is an indicator of the exact chemical components in the plant, it is linked to the quality & concentration of certain substances that define an oil’s different therapeutic properties & benefits.

Are MĀ oils of therapeutic quality?

Therapeutic grade is a term to describe certain companies' products. We focus on the quality of our products. Nothing more. Nothing less. Our products are 100% pure with no fillers, diluting oils, synthetic fragrances or unnatural components of other kind.

Can I ingest your oils?

You are not supposed to drink / ingest essential oils. We recommend consulting a medical professional if you do so. Our blends are developed to be diffused. Do not apply any essential oils directly to your skin.

Have you tested your products on animals?

No - absolutely not. We love them as much as you do.We have never tested MA products on animals, and we never will.

Is it safe to use essential oils with pets?

First, you should consult with your veterinarian as your veterinarian knows best if your pet is more sensitive than others to essential oils.

If after consulting with your veterinarian, you choose to diffuse essential oils around your pet, we recommend: __ Using only small amounts of essential oils, 5-10 drops
__ Make sure that the room is well ventilated with a window slightly open
__ Always keep a door open so that the animal can enter and exit the room easily
__ Watch how your pet responds to the aroma, and if you notice your pet resisting, discontinue
__ Do not allow your pet to ingest the oils

Which oils are safe for pregnancy and babies?

First thing, talk with your doctor if you are pregnant. We recommend you place a smaller quantity of oils in your Ceramic Diffuser (about five drops). For newborns, we recommend waiting three months before you start diffusing essential oils, but check first with your doctor.

What is the shelf life of your oils?

All our oils have a shelf life of 2 years after the production date when unopened. We store them exposed to as little light as possible. Our packaging is gorgeous to have on display but try to avoid them being exposed to direct sunlight.

How long will a bottle last?

It really depends how much you will use it. If you diffuse your blend on a daily basis, you will have a bottle to last you for 1 to 2 months.

Where are your essential oils sourced and produced?

All our Master Blends are crafted in Spain.
We source the essential oils from the best organic farms across the world. You can find detailed information about country of origin, extraction method and what part of the plant has been used in each of our Master Blends product pages.

Refer a friend program

How will I receive my credit once the friend I referred has purchased?

Once your friend has made a purchase using your referral program code, you will receive an email with your 15% off code that you can use for your next purchase.

I redeemed my code, but I was not ready for checkout. My code is gone now. What can I do now?

Return to the “store credit” tab and click “recover my discount”. Your credit will be reinstated into your account.

Are there any restrictions in the Refer a friend program?

Yes, the below restrictions apply:
__ You can not refer to yourself.
__ The person you refer must be a new customer to MA in order for your credit to apply.
__ Refer a friend codes are not eligible during promotions or combined with other promotional codes.
__ We reserve the right to cancel store credit should we detect any suspicious or fraudulent activity associated with your account.
